Mini Royale: Nations
Want a browser-based FPS you can play in under five minutes with zero downloads and no wallet required? Mini Royale: Nations is a free-to-play team shooter built on Solana by Faraway Inc., the first live multiplayer shooter to launch on the network back in December 2021. Jump straight into Team Deathmatch or Capture the Flag from your browser, earn skins, and compete with your Clan for leaderboard dominance.
What is Mini Royale: Nations?
Mini Royale: Nations is developed by Faraway Inc., a studio focused on accessible Web3 games with low entry barriers. The game launched in December 2021 on Solana and has shipped regular seasonal updates since, each introducing new maps, a fresh Battle Pass, Hero and Weapon collections, and Challenges and Contracts. Skins can be minted as NFTs and traded on Magic Eden, but nothing about the core game requires blockchain involvement.
The game layers a persistent clan strategy system on top of the shooter: World Domination, a turn-based conflict where clans build cities, fortify defenses, and attack rivals to steal leaderboard points. That combination of quick-fire FPS matches and ongoing clan competition is what gives Mini Royale: Nations staying power beyond a simple browser shooter.
How Does Mini Royale: Nations Work?
Matches run under five minutes with up to ten players. Team Deathmatch is first to 30 kills; Capture the Flag rewards fast, coordinated flag runs into contested territory. There is no recoil system, keeping the mechanical floor low enough for any player to contribute immediately, but map awareness, positioning, and team coordination separate the leaderboard regulars from casual visitors.
As you level up, new weapons and game modes unlock. Capture the Flag opens at level 5. The Battle Pass tracks progression across a season, rewarding Heroes and Weapon skins at each tier. Challenges and Contracts provide daily and weekly objectives that pay out Butter, the off-chain currency used in the Fusion Lab to combine skin fragments into higher-rarity items.
Clans are where long-term engagement lives. Join at level 3 or create your own at level 10, with a 7-day waiting period before new members contribute to Clan Wars. Each week clans complete Raids and compete for leaderboard standing. Staking boosted skins earns Economic points that directly affect your clan’s position. World Domination plays out in parallel as a turn-based layer where clans attack rival cities to steal points or reinforce their own defenses.

Digital Collectibles in Mini Royale: Nations
All skins can be minted as NFTs on Solana and traded on Magic Eden. Two skin types exist: Premium skins purchased directly, and Loot skins earned through gameplay, Battle Pass, Clan Wars, and Contracts. Mintable Hero and Weapon skins can be unlocked entirely for free through normal play.
Butter is the off-chain economy currency covering Fusion, City Shields, Uranium in World Domination, and Big Shot shooting range unlocks. On-chain tokens $CHEDDAR and $ROYALE are planned for future release. No wallet is required to play; blockchain features are fully optional.
